Registration and Account
How do I create an account?
Click Create Account on the portal landing page (open the portal) and complete the registration form. The clerk of court will review your submission. Once your account is approved, you will receive an email with a link to set your password. For step-by-step instructions, see User Registration — Attorney or Representative or User Registration — Self-Represented User (Pro Se).
I did not receive the approval or password email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still do not receive the email after 24 to 48 hours, contact WCA and include the email address you used to register.
How do I reset my password?
Use the Forgot Password option on the portal login page. You can also contact WCA support through Contact Us to request a password reset.
E-Filing and Pleadings
How do I submit a filing?
From the dashboard, click New Filing, choose a filing type, complete Fetch EDI Details if applicable, fill in all required sections, and click Submit. For detailed instructions, see Create Filing and Submission.
When can I add a pleading to my filing?
You can add a pleading after the clerk accepts your e-filing and the status shows Accepted. Open the filing from the Accepted Filings tile, go to the Pleadings tab, and click Pleading. For more information, see WCA Case — Add Pleadings to Existing Case.
What is an Entry of Appearance?
An Entry of Appearance is the process used to add yourself as a party to a case so you can view the case and file pleadings. Use the Entry of Appearance option in the left menu to search for the case by WCA Case Number or worker name and submit the required document. For step-by-step instructions, see WCA Case — Add Attorney to Existing Case.
